At Abdallah Banna Photography, we take pride in delivering high-quality prints that meet the highest standards of craftsmanship. However, if you receive a defective item, we are here to assist you.
Eligibility for Return
- Returns are only accepted for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
- The defect must be reported within 7 days of receiving your print.
Steps for Returning a Defective Item
- Contact Us: Please email us at info@bannaphotography.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and a clear photograph of the defective print.
- Return Approval: Once your request is reviewed, we will approve your return and provide further instructions.
- Return Shipping: We will not cover the cost of return shipping for defective items.
Replacement or Refund
- Upon receiving and inspecting the defective print, we will :
- Send you a replacement print
- We do not offer a full refund
Non-Returnable Items
- Prints that are not defective (e.g., change of mind or personal preferences) cannot be returned.
